For all you guys suggesting Prague, what's co great about that city and what is there to do, particularly for a guy in his early 20's like me.

Barcelona for sure has the best nightlife. I lived there for 6 months, some of the best 6 months ever. I would say there's only two places on par, Berlin which does have the craziest vibe in the actual clubs (blatant copulation and drug use on the dance floor). However it loses to BCN because the doormen and pretentious hipster douchers who turn you away the second any language other than Berliner accented Deutsche exits your lips and registers in their ears. The other is Ibiza which while I've never been, probably doesn't have to be justified. Nonetheless it's an island of raw hedonism, rather than a proper metropolitan city like Berlin or Barcelona
Also for smaller towns I certainly second Heidelberg, Innsbrucke is gorgeous as well

Though Grenada does have al hambra going for it. But the mesquita and overall feel of Cordoba makes it better.

You're not including travel, baw. European countries aren't exactly huge, but you're still talking about a good distance between most cities you'll be visiting. For example, it's over 1000 kilometers from Paris to Barcelona. I'd do 7 or 8 cities tops, but understand the desire to see as many as possible.
Some of my favorite places on then continent are Paris, Barcelona, Munich, Interlaken, Lucerne, Florence, Amalfi Coast, Prague...

Agree, though I did enjoy amsterdam. We went in dec/Jan one year and much of the tourist stuff was closed. Arranged for local tour guide in different locations and was able to see a lot of stuff normally closed to tourists.

Don't skip the Alps. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Italy. Just hit up a city or two there. Innsbruck and Slazburg are fricking amazing. Slazburg is a little Disney world-esque, but you can get away from the crowds there.

Prague has cheap beer, great nightlife, plenty of women. Oh yeah... they have historical places to see too.
In all seriousness, it depends on what you want to do. If it is seeing beautiful terrain, then the Swiss Alps are incredible. Same with the Bavarian Alps. Spent some time is Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland and the Salzburg, Austria.
Parts of Paris is nice and other parts are not worth seeing. Germany, especially Munich, Berlin, Nuremburg are filled with plenty of history and nightlife. Italy is great as well.
Add Amsterdam, Vienna, and Barcelona to the list as well.

Brussels was awesome, as was Brugge, Ghent, Antwerp, Dinant, and Liege.
Amsterdam was a bit overrated imo and Venice was just a tourist city. Rotterdam was a nice city as well but I didn't get as much time to explore.

Prague is one of the few cities that escaped the bombing campaigns of WWII, leaving centuries old architectural marvels intact. There is a lot to see and do for all ages and the fact that the Czech Krona is relatively weak against the dollar means everything is amazingly cheap. I stayed in a Marriott in the city center last August for about $100/night and there are great restaurants throughout Prague where you can eat for $40-$50/couple including drinks. Think Vienna for a 1/4 of the price.

London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague would be a pretty nice trip. Brussels is centrally located to all of these so you could add that in too but I am not a big fan of the city other than some beer spots it has. Prague is somewhat farther away but it really isn't a huge issue especially if you have a month.
You could also mix in some smaller cities like Cologne, Brugge, etc to get a different feel as you are traveling around.
What I'm not sure about is what these cities are like during December. Could be rough, may just want to go skiing or something.

I've been to about 12 European cities and they are all unique. You will find women and fun no matter where you go, but if I had to choose just two for a group of 22 year old dudes, id say Barcelona and Prague. Both are amazing cities with great nightlife and jaw-dropping beautiful women (although two diff types). They have very different vibes but are both awesome. Prague has better beer and is cheaper but Barcelona has nude beaches and women who wear little more than 6" stilettos. Prague hosts lots of bachelor and bachelorette parties because of its nightlife and cheap drinks. Barcelona is the summer party capital of the world.

The idea of trying to do 10-15 cities in 30 days, while admirable, is impossible. Between plane/train travel, travel to hotels from airports (often located 30-60 mins outside city) recovery from jet lag & hangovers, and having so much to see/do, 8 is the most I'd try.
I've been to most if the cities listed here, lots in December time frame, and you're going to probably find Vienna, Budapest, & Prague to be amazing, but cold as frick.
London, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Dubrovnik, Venice all awesome as well.
