Best: there was basically a secret single hidden bathroom on the top floor of my schools student union that was never once occupied during my entire time there. It’s the only time I’ve ever felt like a human while dropping a deuce in public.
Worst: at rundown gas station in the middle of the California desert with two car loads of people I didn’t really know waiting on me.

Some of you sound fat as frick, or you at least eat like absolute shite.
I've had to go bad before, but I've never had an uncontrollable moment where I could not wait just a few minutes longer. Also, I know what sort of things are going to lead to a shite. Hungover, combined with a McDs breakfast, for example, is a definite shite soon to happen....plan accordingly and proceed with caution.

Worst. Caught a virus about 100 miles south of Fourchon. shite about 8 times in a five gallon bucket on the deck of the boat in front of 6 guys

Best: either the Lowe's off South Blvd in Charlotte, or my old office. The Lowe's is notable because I acquired a bad case of the squirts after a day of beer and BBQ after Panthers tailgating, and it was both clean, convenient, and empty.
Worst: without question 5 Paces Inn in Buckhead.

Off the top of my head....
Worst was some of the scuzzier bathrooms at LSU.
Best was any number of hotels. I know technically there not public, but still.
Worst overall bathroom (piss only) was at the train station in Fairfield, NSW, Aus. I don’t think it had been cleaned in 30 years. Only had this intense blue light that was supposed to make it difficult to see your veins to keep people from shooting up in there. Smelled like death.

Pro tip from someone that spends a lot of time on the road:
If nature calls, pull in to a good hotel. They have ground floor level bathrooms that are not often used because most people in the hotel have their own bathrooms. They are always clean and no one will give you a second look for walking through because hotel.
