Ben Hur Site Work - What are they building?

Three large pieces of land have site work currently underway on Ben Hur. First is that large strip of land between the new Arlington Cottages and Burbank. Second is the opposite corner between The Exchange and Burbank. Finally, they just started clearing the land on Ben Hur between The Cottages and The Exchange. That particular project looks massive.

Bingo. Big site between exchange and cottages is going to be neighborhood. Site at the corner of Lee and burbank adjacent to Arlington cottages will be another student housing complex. Sites on each side of Ben Hur at nicholson are going to be smaller commercial areas

That student housing bubble is about to burst. This may be the final straw. Ben Hur is already saturated, yet throwing in 191 new homes and another housing complex seems like a good idea to people.

I've seen the plans and proposed rent prices for park 7 on East Boyd. This shits getting ridiculous. 2-3 bdrm at 750/rm. Something like ~200 total units
