You are probably right.

Sound absurd in this day and age? Well, it is. People have been taking intimate pictures as long as they’ve been able to take pictures. We should still have the expectation of some privacy if we’re not posting them on r/GoneWild or something like that.

Don’t want people hacking into your bank account? Don’t use online banking.
Don’t want people stealing your Amazon package? Don’t order things online.
Don’t want people to steal your nice, new car? Don’t buy a new car and “flaunt it”.

Just like we do when we bank online or we order something to be delivered to our house.
Instead, we should be saying “punish these assholes stealing this content to the full extent of the law”.

Can you imagine a scenario where you have a picture of your child that you wouldn’t want out there for public consumption?
Yes, there are plenty of reasons including shielding your child from potential pedophiles.

I agree but doesnt shes absolved of blame. She is partly responsible for her predicament, assuming any of this is real. It feels staged and fake.

Exactly my point

That’s where we disagree. If I take a nude to send to my boyfriend, from my own personal phone, the expectation of privacy shouldn’t be any different than if I was handing him a Polaroid. Is the likelihood higher as a celebrity? Sure. But that shouldn’t exempt her from a right to some privacy. She wasn’t posting them on social media.
The law is starting to catch up with “revenge porn” laws in most places. But blaming her for even taking the nudes is silly. If anything, it lessens the blame on the a-hole(s) who stole them. And it shouldn’t. They’re stealing and trying to commit blackmail.

Never thought I’d see the OT marching against Nudes
I’m not at all. I enjoy nudes and I enjoy schradenfreud (sp?). I just don’t see the point in getting upset when this happens over and over and over and people are shocked when it happens, yet again.

It's just her titties. And they're not that good.
You can definitely tell she's a redhead.
I disagree on the quality. Nice C cups with upturned nipples. Always a winner.

And there it is. This is nothing but a PR stunt, she couldn't even contain the excitement by outing her intentions in the statement.

Now that’s definitely a possibility. I won’t discount that.

If she had initially posted them for public consumption on a public forum, sure.
But having to release them because someone has hacked her personal electronic device/cloud with the attempt to blackmail her? Nah. That’s 100% on the criminal who is trying to blackmail her.

Lesson here is dont leave nudes on your phone
I take my nudes (of me) and print them out at work and then put them in a binder for posterity. It's safer than leaving them in the cloud for hackers.

Yeah, the entire thing is staged. Showing her cans for the free pub for her "book".

If you saw her without makeup.
She's not very good looking tbh. Pics of the rest of her without the head shot... maybe.

This is totally staged for attention and publicity for her new book.
