There's a bathtub in the bedroom! Not to mention the stupid Doric columns. "Oh it's like a real Greek bath house!"
There's a fire fountain (?!), a Madonna statue, and a palm tree covered in Christmas lights like some dive-bar patio. Not to mention the other statues not in this picture.
The house. Is. A. Damn. Mess.

ATC commissioner pay was $107,000. Pediatrician pay can be somewhere in the $200,000 range. Seems like a stretch to afford that kind of house on $300,000 a year combined income. But if she owned her own clinic, that pediatrician income could be a whole lot higher. Plus they may have had other investment income, family inheritance, or saved for a while to make a huge down payment.

The bathtub in the middle of the master bedroom is really weird, and the hot tub in the middle of the mancave is strange too, especially with all the couches crowded around it and water all over the floor.

Did she used to be married to Dr. Stephen Vick (urologist)? If so, maybe that is some of his money tied up in that house and Troy came along for the ride?
