The guy who did that is named Steve Butcher. Incredible artist. He’s got an Instagram that is worth the follow. Travels all over the world.

I've never seen something so artistically perfect and yet so practically trashy and despicable.
Now that I really think about it, a tattoo might be the only thing that gets worse as it gets better.
