2nd night in a row it’s been like this. Might as well grab a coffee because he isn’t going back down. Kids are so much fun, OT. This weather needs to make up its damn mind.

He’s normally good. Slept through the night early and never got his night and days mixed up, but he’s been sick with this dog shite weather. Throat infection and fever.

Good luck. Hope the little guy gets better soon.

My son did for the first 5-6 weeks. Luckily we have a guest house and both took time off work, so we did shift sleeping in peace and quiet.

Your wife should help you out occasionally

I downvotes because that is absolutely miserable. That sound terrible! Hang in there! When you say throat infection is it sore? If so, try to give the baby some magic mouthwash about 10min before bottles. When my little one at 7 months had severe sore throat dr prescribed it and it worked wonders. Helped us get fluids in her. It’s simply equal parts Benadryl and Maylox. At 7month the dosage was 2.5mL

Funny you mention that. We put ours in the slave quarters in our 4000 acre tobacco plantation in Cuba.

You close to Indiana? I hear they have a drop box for this type thing

I remember those days.
Hang in there. It gets better...at least it did until my daughter became a licensed driver.

OP, sorry to hear your baby is sick. Just sucks for everyone. At this time of the year, with all the pollen in the air, you might want to invest in a good air purifier or two of them. That is a good investment for sleepless nights.

Mine woke up at 1:15. Then 3:30 and was starting to rumble as I was getting up for work.

How old? I’ve got a 2.5 year old with molars coming in. She’s been quite a joy at night.

Hang in there. My little guy never sleeps when he’s healrhy plus he’s been sick lately too.
Babies are rough, and anyone that tells u otherwise and that their baby / life is perfect is full of CRAP

Yep, sooner or later, they going to keep you up all night. More so later in life when they become late teens.
Been there, done that.
