I feel your struggle. Our little man was born in December. He started crying a LOT and was awake every hour for the month of Dec and Jan.

We found out he had Pyloric Stenosis. Surgery and 48 hours later, we are finally getting some sleep.

Now he’s only waking up 2-3 times a night.

Wait til the kids are teenagers and they're up all night keeping you up again.

our 3 week old is still feeding vigorously... every 2-3 hours

she is breastfeeding so I dont have to get up currently with him

No hurt in getting the ultrasound.

One way to differentiate it is if the puking becomes more frequent and more projectile-like.
