does anyone feel like the (western) human being could be too far gone?

between SSRIs, stimulants, other "medications", seed oils, processed foods, birth control, microplastics, GMOs, fertility treatments, fake sugars and sweeteners, lack of physical activity and vitamin D, etc., i'm really starting to think the human body & mind could be in significantly worse shape than we admit and things could potentially unravel in a few generations.

life expectancy is decreasing, autism skyrocketing, testosterone is plummeting. just look at people... things are not OK!

Wait what???… no life expectancy is increasing… just watched a show about this subject the other night… some scientists blame this phenomenon with most of the earth's problems… well that and overpopulation

already there and have been for years.
put the chemical poisons out of your life. It isn’t that difficult

easy places to start are the cleaning products in your home. If you are serious, here’s some good reading

The easiest way to get contaminants into your body is a hot shower.

The Earth isn't over populate, cities are. You could fit the entire World population into Texas using Londons pop density.

Just read Dopamine Nation, boy that's scary. Its pretty much what you described.

We have so many outlets now to get our "fix/hit" of dopamine that if we dont we get anxious and depressed. US is the leader in that

It astounds me how uninformed some of you are. It’s dropped three years in a row.

you can mitigate what you consume but it won't be both cheap and convenient. if you have children, it's worth it to protect your sons testosterone. even girls are hitting puberty way earlier...both their physical and brain development dramatically slow when that happens.

followed cancer center of America protocols because my asthma was so bad. I figured it couldn't hurt. Never went back.

No, not too far gone, we’re probably at a low point, I think more and more people are slowly realizing how dog shite the diet and lifestyle of an average American is.

Remove opioid impact and human life expectancy moves in right direction.

If nature grows it, consume it.

If it takes man processing, enjoy cause probably tastes good but do so in moderation.

Living in the country and growing some of my own food seems to address this issue for me. For some reason the fresh vegetables I purchase at the store don't taste as good as the homegrown foods.

Small changes in life expectancy is a false metric. Just because the elderly get an extra year to sit and drool in a home because of some new medications, it's not a sign of overall public health.

my daughter and I just started watching Little House on the Prairie. We started from episode one. I know life was much harder back then but it seems simpler and freer. I think I would've preferred growing up back then
