I haven’t benched in years, but I could probably do at least 200. I maxed at 185ish in HS and I was 160lbs soaking wet when I graduated.

I'm old with a bad back, so I doubt that I could do one Bech press right now.

Between novice and intermediate. makes sense because I went several years without lifting any weights before I got back into it over the summer.

haven't maxed in years but my guess would be ~365

Currently 235 lbs.
Even without training, I am good for north of 10x225
6 weeks ago was last chest routine and hit the 110# dumbbells for 12 reps.
Both rotators are ruined from a lifetime of heavy lifting. Best bench feat was 315 for 18 reps.
ETA: best ever was 495 weighing around 300.

6’2 220. I can maybe do 225 3 times, 5 tops currently. I don’t workout bench like that anymore. I do way more HIIT style workouts. When I played football and had a regimen to build bulk I could rep 225 for around 20.

At my best I was 185 throwing up 235. Nothing all that crazy.
Right now I'm 210, last time I was in the gym I could hit 2 plates and not much else.

163lb body weight. benched 290 a few weeks ago. Probably have gone down 10lbs since all the gyms are closed.
