Have a lot of black bears come through town here in Red Lodge. Seems like once a year they get really bold and break in to cars at night and tear stuff up. If I remember right last year one broke into a car and tore it up then took a big bear dump in the passenger seat.

Yep, brown bears attack far more often but will usually pull off if they think the threat is neutralized. Black bears don't give a shite. One woman was killed on the roof of her house. If they attack, it's usually to the death.

That Bear is so chill.

Alpha.

Needs a set of shades and a shirt that says "deal with it".

Other thought:

Why is the woman driving?

Maybe the bear is just trying to figure out why a male would let his woman drove the car.

Dumbass was steadily trying to take pictures after the door was open.

Worked in Yellowstone back in college days & even back then, there were signs everywhere "Do Not Feed The Bears". One day, stuck in a bear traffic jam behind a brand new shiny red corvette, the female in the passenger seat kept dangling a piece of candy out her window. Black bear came up, placed both paws on the door, and pushing down, dug 2 trenches of claw marks down the side of the door. Female was scared shiteless. Driver/owner presumably was pissed out of his mind.
