Love this post! We were supposed to heve Thanksgiving at our own house for the first time today. Two days ago my wife had an emergency c section with our first born. Both are now healthy and we will be having our first thanksgiving in the Nicu. I could not have asked for a better birthday present for this Turkey Day! Enjoy your family and whatever personality they bring to the table

We are hosting this year. It’s normally a trip to the in laws but they came here. Small gathering with my mom and brother aunt uncle and cousin

First thanksgiving without my dad. It’s still early in the morning, and I keep waiting for that text, phone call are some random turkey meme /
Video he would send.

Be thankful and enjoy each second you have with family !!

I don’t have anyone to have thanksgiving with today. My gf of 9 months broke it off with me last night and I barely have anything to make a dinner for my daughter and I today because of late notice. I was supposed to go to the girlfriend’s parents for dinner.

For almost all the years of my life it’s been about 20+ at the thanksgiving table. This year it’ll be about 7, and I’m more than okay with that.

Cooking gumbo tonight for my wife( no pics ) and our 2 kids still at home . My oldest, his girlfriend, and her mom (no pics ) are coming tomorrow evening for Thanksgiving dinner so the smoked turkey breast and all the fixings will wait until then.

3. Maybe 5. Today, it will be a few of us misfits going to a restaurant. I’m thankful and wouldn’t have it any other way.
