Is this another AIDS needles in gas pump handles type post?

Or gangs marking your door so they know which house to shoot up?

Talk to Mommie about that.

This dude may have been a real Mexican who thought the parents were real Mexicans that might be looking for a 35 year old husband for their 16 year old daughter. Those kinds of arranged marriages happen down there a lot. They happened in Dallas a lot too.

to be fair, this guy, although a good, long time friend, has always viewed things in a pessimistic/negative light, I don't know a thing about Katy except what I see on here, good luck

Honestly the safest parts of Houston have been inside 610 for a couple years now and that’s only going to keep getting more true.

It’s not the 90s/early 2000s anymore. Trash has been creeping out to the suburbs as they get priced out by rising property values.

Same thing has happened in DFW. Plano used to be what Allen is now.

It’s true.

Houston’s worst areas can generally be found in and around Beltway 8. Almost every murder/kidnapping/trafficking story you hear on the news will be from around the beltway.

I always laugh at people acting like Third Ward is some kind of ghetto. Yes there are a lot of blacks there, but that’s because 3rd Ward has been the epicenter of Black Houston for over a century - not some ghetto that people would flee if they could. Some real nice homes in the area, particularly near Braeswood aka “Black River Oaks.” At any rate, the only crime there you really have to worry about is petty stuff and not the fricked up Channel 2 stories you see coming from around Greenspoint, Hobby Airport area, and Bissonet/BW8.

That's odd, I'm always aware of anyone who has parked 900 feet away from my home.

Obviously not the first time based on this comment:

“Me and my sister were being followed in a store by 3 men a couple of days ago, in Conroe. I called my husband for him and my brother-in-law to escort us to our cars. We got in the check out lane, one of the men then got behind me when there were 2 short lanes and I had a basket full. My sister started doing a Facebook live and filming me, getting him in the shot too, he left out of there fast. We stayed in the store till hobbies got there. It was very scary. We are 50 and 55 so beware, its not just young people being stalked and preyed upon.
