There are two issues here:

1. Your ex won't let you see your kids- why? Take her to court.

2. You don't like your GF. Break up with her. Quicker the better.

Stop being fricking selfish and act like a grown man first. Killing yourself over a failed marriage and a gf situation is pathetic. One of my daughters best friends dad killed himself last year over a divorce and it has left her in shambles. Do not do this to your kids!

How about just telling your new GF you are not ready for another relationship right now because you still have unsettled things you have to take care off. (You know just being honest)

Then go get a lawyer and get your kids back in your life. A lot of people have it way worse than you do I promise.
