This bastard had 8 double vodka/red bulls before the wreck.

If that’s the case that bar is about to be owned by the victims family.

Bartender’s license was expired and served the POS 8 double vodka cocktails. She needs to be locked up for a bit.

For Madison Brooks' sake, I hope he registers at .319, showing that you can run at that level of intoxication.

Did you miss the part where he fell face first into a brick?

He was behind the bar before he stumbled out. He may have served himself a few.

I followed a DD as she ping ponged her car down highland road, I10, and finally wiping out in a ditch on 621

She crossed the center line so many times. I was on phone with 911 the entire time exclaiming “omg she almost killed that person”

Luckily she wiped out in a ditch just before Hutch’s hardware without hiring anyone else

I’ve never been more scared for others than that night.

I don't know what how seeing guys with big dicks would deter drunks from driving, but I'm open to ideas.

Nowadays you can have 3-4 DUIs before it really affects you.

My uncle is a perfect example of this. He's had 4 I believe, didn't spend any time behind bars until his most recent one. What's insane to me is that he's very successful and not some deadbeat. But certainly a piece of shite for not learning his lesson and continuing to risk his and others lives.

But Wisconsin tends to not be the most punitive state when it comes to drunk driving.

"But for unknown reasons, he was not charged"

Its pretty simple...first DUI is a slap on the wrist if no one is hurt.

If you raise the cost of drunk driving, you will, on the margin, lower the demand for drunk driving

It’s real expensive. The issue is the real troublesome ones aren’t making rational decisions about risk vs reward.
