Save that sad story for someone else. They can and will use things like resisting arrest to justify it after the fact.

I'm white as a snowflake and in 2004 I got arrested and they beat the ever-living shite out of me once I got to the jail. Beat me so bad I had a black ear from getting pounded in the side of my head. Yeah, a black ear. Then they maced me, pulled my pants down, and maced my balls and that entire area. Then put me in the hole and kept me in a pitch black room for two days.
So, it's not because he's black. It's because he's probably acting like a jackass in some way, or maybe just caught the wrong cop on the wrong day. Who knows, but blacks aren't the only ones that this happens too.
