As long as I still get Thursday off from work, I'm cool with it.

Mayor-President Kip Holden said on Wednesday the city-parish will move its trick-or-treat hours because of expected bad weather.

Holden's office said official trick-or-treat hours for the city and unincorporated areas will be Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

It's a wonder he didn't shut the city down. Again.
