They need to do this with Popeyes
Go to a Popeye’s in a non-awful town and it’s 100x better run. The new one in Ruston is top tier

But they still suck. Corporate culture isn't about service.

Take away jobs and fill it with shitty pizza. Go America!

I have been saying that i don’t need waiters or service folks.
The only reason restaurants still have waiters is because they are so cheap. I wouldn't mind ordering my food with a counter person or on app if it saved me 20% on my outing. I would prefer to get my own drink refills, it is rare a server is on top of their game these days.
Oh, and the automated frozen pizza machine doesn't look like a winning idea to me...

Are the pizzas made out of bugs?

Still plenty of appeal of seeing a cook throw the dough in the air and actually make it even though nobody does that anymore.... They should though

I think they arrested a guy who put his love in a cop’s Frosty a while back.

Probably a scam, there is no good location in Louisiana for this. Maybe New York City

True, quality matters but never underestimate laziness in America. It’s where we thrive.
Yep. I hate this concept, along with food delivery and quite a few other things having to do with a lazy society.
But hell, this dude takes an idea from Seinfeld, throws out some buzzwords like "disrupt an industry" and gets a bunch of VC money thrown at him. I'm the dumbass for not taking advantage of this stuff.

Thugs will probably tear the machines up in Baton Rouge.

I imagine a claw machine where you can grab what you want and put it in a bucket to go.

Oh I know, the ones in small towns in Texas are always awesome.

I am visualizing that, and I love the imagery

I like the idea. Execution will be key.
Frankly, I think small, automated, single item restaurants is something we'll be seeing more of.
