Yeah I saw that, surprised it was that low.
As for the weather, somehow I’ll survive being an hour from skiing for a few months. And it’s nic and sunny out today.

So there are 173 Cities in the country where you can sell things like compact disks in front of a convenience stores that you do not own without anyone in authority that will question what you are doing?

There is virtually no crime in the Valley, or at least it doesn't get reported. McAllen, Mission, and Brownsville have half the crime rate of Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
