I guess Broome and Paul figure all these new pics of the perp standing in handcuffs with officers will deter crime.

Yeah I noticed that recent change.

They stopped doing the prep walk because they were deemed racist

That particular stretch of Airline is hooker and drug territory and has been for quite a while.

A childhood friend of mine either got busted in that hotel for dealing or the one next to it probably 20+ years ago.

OYO Hotel has several poor reviews online, what can one expect for $50 a night ?

I remember going to a bar in that hotel a few times in the 90s. That area wasn't too bad then but it's pretty rough now. Willowbend Apartments used to be pretty nice too.

Easy access to prostitutes, it seems. The one by my house is the same way- just crawling with hookers. Some of them are pretty stacked, too.
