He's a cop, not an EMT. What type of first aid would you have him provide? I doubt he's riding around with any type of medical supplies, the only thing he could do is hold his hand and tell him help is on the way

I wonder if the random person screaming "frick" several times is the cop or the guy that got shot?
Also, the Minnesota accent of the cop that she walked up to a few minutes in made me laugh.

I'm pretty sure cops are trained in first aid since they are a fricking first responder you ignorant frick.

The cop is processing it when he screamed. Cop will likely get off in this case because the victim (while he was grabbing for his license) was also carrying a concealed weapon which the cop thought he was pulling out on him. Not much could have prevented this sadly.
