Didn't take long for the dumbassery to start.
Video was Facebook live stream. Cops have a documented process of deleting videos and destroying phones to keep the vids from getting to the public. She was being pretty responsible in my opinion.

Yeah I don't blame her for recording it. Cops could have spinned this however they wanted but there is no way they will be able to overcome the video. Smart move by her.

They cant overcome a video where literally nothing is shown but the aftermath and a one sided account of what actually happened?

Has to be because you are black, right? Can't possibly be that the "small town hick cop" was erring on the side of caution in case the Trooper didn't see the gun. No, only possible reason is your skin tone.
And for the record, I've had a cop draw down on me, too, after I told him I was carrying. He held it on me until I retrieved it from under my seat and place it on the top of my car. Why did he do it? Because I could have easily been a psychopath who would try to fire one off at him, so he put himself in the best possible situation to go home to his kids that night, not because I was white.

And she admits he had a gun and told the cop he had a gun and the cop said he told him t not reach for it and she said he reached for it anyway

Uhh, using a little restraint and logic when there is a 4 year old in the back seat maybe. Cop says get your ID, and then shoots him for reaching to get it.
All because he told then he had a CCR, which many many classes tell you to do.

She didn't have a choice to go to the hospital. The cops were there "detaining" her until the ambulance arrived.
