Yea you could be arrested for harassment. However it would prob end up getting reduced to disturbing the peace or public intoxicstion if alcohol is involved. Also if severe enough, could qualify as a hate crime.

I wouldn't say that. More like when you are verbally attacked with hateful words. I mean, a person could also be arrested for standing up in a public room around your kids and yelling obscenities. Wouldn't you want that person arrested?

Yes, he sat on that bar stool like he was Santa Claus in a suburban mall and with unlimited alcohol and attention. I didn't like the fat bastard then...I do not like him now, as I have seen his Norwegian-Hanover-looking fat arse plenty of times since.
