There are no charges against the judge. He does not have to prove innocence for anything. That's the whole point. According to everyone the police showed up. Surely there is a police report right? Or maybe not? If there is a police report is someone filing criminal charges? Where are the witnesses? He does not owe an apology to ANYONE for something he didn't do! Prove he did it. Oh ok he is banned from Sammys. Oh boy that proves a bunch of NOTHING. He does not have to proclaim innocence.

Well... A racial slur is a racial slur. Are you saying That there are tiers to them?
Are you placing the racial slurs of one ethnic group over the other?
Are you saying it's okay to utilize racial slurs against one group but not the other?
I'm confused. I thought a racial slur was a racial slur and all of them are bad. How can one racial slur be horrid, yet another perfectly acceptable?
