You'd be surprised. I have an unusual first name, and a last name that isn't one of the most common. There's another guy about my age with the exact same name, completely unrelated to me, who lives in a town about 40 miles away. I hope he never does anything notorious.

i think it was a disabled veteran plate. started with DV and i looked up texas plates and all of them start with DV
