Baton Rooooooge - One dead, two injured after fleeing from police

The wreck happened around 2:30pm on Monday, Sept. 19th with sources saying the vehicle was fleeing from Baton Rouge Police officers when it crashed.

No officers were injured in the wreck. The pursuit started at Greenwell Springs Rd. & N. Ardenwood Dr.

Without knowing any information, I can predict the suspect survived and will sue the city (along with the victim's family, which is understandable) and receive a payout for being a criminal.

Hopefully, the driver who was fleeing from police is the one dead and not the innocent person who was in the other vehicle.

99% of the time this works out like DUI crashes. The criminal survives with minor injuries and someone innocent dies.

That was NOPD but it wasn't her for once. It was that Consent Decree assholes put on by Eric Holder that created the new Pursuit Policy. That policy says basically that they can't pursue.
