Didn't see anyone post about it, but Barrett Jackson is coming to nola this Week for the first time if anyone is interested in checking it out.

Gf and I were gonna hit it up Friday and possibly the Fried Chicken festival afterwards. Never been but always watched it on TV. I really just wanna support the Inaugural auction and see those Ford GTs they're auctioning

I'm going for a day. I'm skeptical on how well this goes in Nola and if it's a one and done event.
I can't see it holding a candle to scottsdale though

I looked through the auction listings and it’s overall just okay. I know not to expect anything near as good as Scottsdale, but was hoping for something more than Corvettes, Mustangs, Camaros, and other dime-a-dozen muscle cars.
Don’t think I’m making it out there either way, kind of bummed.

Seems like they're floating the last event of the year at different cities now. Maybe they're trying to find a permanent place or just have their 4th event as a rotating site.

I wish I would’ve paid more attention that this was coming, don’t have any time this weekend to make a day of it.

I'm talking about the quality of cars, the sales, and overall experience at the event.
