That 62 doesn't look that bad, we both seen a lot worse. The body looks straight. What's been done since?

He is purchasing a Roadster shop chassis w/ C6 suspension (like the customs on BJ), we had an original Corvette 327 that we built up and a late model Richmond 4 speed. I do not believe he has decided on the color as of yet.

Do any of you guys live in the Metairie/New Orleans area and go to car shows, Crusin the coast, etc? I go every year and used to take my car to CTC and several Metairie car shows however a computer/electrical issue has pretty much stopped me from doing anything for the past year. Just curious if i may know or cross paths with anyone?

Last year I took the advice of the OT and purchased this at an auction for my son as his first car. He's getting his license this week. I've loved teaching him in it!

Get on it Nurse!

Sold 115k
Lot #1306.1 1966 FORD SHELBY GT350 RACE CAR

Sold 122k
Lot #1307 1987 BUICK GRAND NATIONAL
Lot #1307.1 1987 BUICK GRAND NATIONAL
Known as “The Twinz,” these two 1987 Grand Nationals are being sold as a pair. They have sequential VINs, being built one after the other on the Buick assembly line. They were sold to the same buyer and barely driven. One car has less than 600 original miles and the other has less than 900 original miles (both titles read mileage exempt). They sat in a barn together most of their lives.

I thought the TWINZ would’ve gone for nearly double for what they went for, but from what I’ve read, I’m not nearly as knowledgeable as some folks in this thread

it's the kind of car your avatar would have driven in the 90s.

it's a manual, and I told him he should take his test in it to impress, but we decided to do a driving school test with their own little economy cars.

Oh no doubt

I'm your son will love it, different and cool from the rest in the HS parking lot, and fun to drive. Great choice

I live in Dallas, but have property in Southlake, so he can attend Carroll...he said that he believes having a tricked out Jeep Wrangler is a school requirement.
