That '94 F250 long wheel base looked remarkably good. $20K

I know a guy who buried one just like it in what was a river. Water was low for the Winter and he flew too close to the sun. The headlights were pointing straight up when he climbed his dumbass out of it. They finally got it out three days later, and there is no telling what the wrecker note was.

Put me down for either the 1963 vette, Mercedes gullwing, or the Cobra.

One of the main guys on the TV broadcast, Steve Magnante, is not going to be there this year as he recovers from some serious health issues that came up early last fall. He is the most knowledgeable guy on the broadcast.

Yea that guy is an encyclopedia with cars. I'm surprised he's still sick. I feel like that was awhile ago

I would buy that GT40 and that Chiron

Throw in a 32 Auburn boattail, 71 Aston. martin DBs V8 and a e-type

And my garage would be about complete

He posted an update a couple of weeks ago saying he was still in a rehab facility but that he hoped to be back to normal by some point in February. Hopefully he will be back for the other Barrett-Jackson events later this year.

This fricking bike. 1913 Indian track racer. Essentially bicycle with an engine. Leather helmet, no brakes, no suspension on rough tracks with a top speed over 100.

I know not everyone likes the split bumper Camaro, but that 1971 midnight black with white racing stripes that just came across the block was gorgeous. Went for $47k.

Resale red, and top goes down, and somewhat of a celebrity provenance.

Well-bought, and if it's an air car, super deal.

Yeah, there have been a number of instances where people are getting a lot of car for not too much money (for those people).

Now that that is out of the way, let me read the thread.

I think Steve had a stroke. Could be a long road to recovery for him.

ETA Looks like he had a brain infection. Yikes.

I was not aware he had health issues until I noticed him missing tonight. Apparently he had encephalitis (brain inflammation) due to an infection. He was in a medically induced coma for 5 weeks.

Anyway, I’ll miss hearing him. His knowledge is incredible.

Pick up that G63 6x6 for me, and any other 80s 4x4 SUVs you can find.

I’m good for it.
