dont know about roosting, but ive shared a deer stand with one in the early AM and it was probly the most intense 20 sec of my life

Before Katrina, I lived on Fritchie Marsh. On stilts in the swamp.
At night we would sit on our screened porch a watch owls pick rats out of the trees.
They are awesome predators.
