One of the guys lives in Albany and is from Wilmur. Don't blame Ponchatoula. It just happened in Ponchatoula. This could have happened in any bar in the US.

I'm sure this guy was just so innocent. Louisiana resident, Bama bandwagoner, goes into a Louisiana bar and a fight starts. I'm sure he did nothing to start the fight. SMH. We don't know what happen, but it was a barroom fight and the "victim" went in the enemy territory with Bama gear. He didn't deserve to die but we don't know what happen or if the guys meant to kill him. I'll bet there was some provocation.

Been to this bar one time years ago. Me and friends got thrown out for not being inbreds of the area. Literally did nothing but have a beer. Place is pure trash

You’re making a lot of assumptions based on very few facts as to why that altercation started. With all due respect to the daughter, she wasn’t even there when it started.
Might it be as you have outlined? Of course, but then again it might be because of any number of silly reasons. When some men start drinking, all reasonable and sane thought processes seem to disappear.
It might be best if we all waited for some type of police or DA statement about the incident.

I'm not mad at all sir. I still don't think this guy is dead if he's wearing LSU gear instead of Bama. It may not have been a direct reflection of the game, but they don't target him if he's a random LSU fan whose cousin is treating people to drinks
