OT baws, please applause and congratulate Baltimore on hitting a key performance milestone. Performance is up for the 5th straight year.
And what a great way to get there.

Send in the National Guard and sort this mess out... too many people have lost their lives for voting for the wrong people.

Baltimore recorded its 200thhomicide of 2019 this weekend as the city inches closer to its fifth consecutive year passing the 300-homicide mark.
And what a great way to get there.

A 32-year-old woman was found sitting in her car outside of an apartment complex Saturday afternoon with gunshot wounds to her head and chest, the Baltimore Sun reported. Officers who responded to the scene tried to help the woman, but she was pronounced dead at a local hospital about an hour later.

Tearing down a few statues there should fix this.

What are they going to do?

Help bring down more statues with their tanks and armored carriers

Are there nice parts?
Like business areas?
For example, Chicago is a known war zone, but when i went for work i stayed in certain area and didn’t see it at all. Now I know if i ventured to bad areas its a war zone (but who the frick wants to do that)
I feel like Baltimore doesn’t have that. I rarely hear of many of my clients (Hedge funds, asset management companies etc) having offices in Baltimore
There probably are some but I haven’t come across it yet

So we're applauding 200 people losing their lives, gangbanger or not. Cool. Just breeding more hate that will continue the cycle.
You may not be a total piece of shite in normal life, but in this moment...you're knocking on the door!

T Rowe Price has basically threatened to leave the Baltimore area over safety concerns for their employees.
They are in the inner harbor, which has (in recent history at least) been one of the nicer, safer parts of the city. Apparently not any more.

Benn to Baltimore many times and its not that bad. The Inner Harbor area is great and there are plenty of nice parts. Inner-city is rough but that's true anywhere. Their inner-city is just particularly bad like parts of Chicago.

My wife's family is from the Baltimore-Annapolis area. I've heard the stories.
It seems to be getting worse while other cities are getting better.

We have an office in Inner Harbor. It's bad enough that we're looking to move the office due to employee safety concerns.

That worked in New Orleans. Almost zero crime there now.
Thanks Mitch!

Y’all ever gonna stop caring that they took down some decorations?

Of course. It's like every other city its size. It has nice areas, middle class areas, and areas where violent crime is a big issue.
I've only been to Baltimore a couple of times, but I enjoyed it both times.
