What's shitty is that they didn't catch him.
Gunshot report(s) and Bullet(s) come flying out of the shitter ... I think the guilty looking drunk who exits is probably the shooter.

Didn't a similar accident (drunk person running people over in a parade or partying in FQ) happen last year?

I feel like we've had this thread before.

It seems like a few years ago a guy driving a beer distributorship van ran into the crowd/hit a stanchion supporting a balcony in the Quarter and killed someone. St Patrick's Day, I think.

Two Years AgoThere was that crazy woman who wiped out all those people in Vegas a few years back.

Oklahoma State homecoming parade in October 2015 where the drunk girl ran her car into spectators, killing 4 and injuring 46. She just pled guilty last month and was sentenced to life.
