If I ever need to sober up quickly I’m going to throw myself down a flight of stairs and make sure to be holding a drink so that it dumps out right in my face. Worked well for old man.

My wife found a bruise to my rib area the size of a softball the Thursday after my Saturday night 50th birthday party. I suspect I took a spill similar to old baw, but have no memory of it at all.

It has always amazed me the resilience of the average drunk person. I once knew a man, the dad of a past girlfriend, who rolled his BMW about 7 times end-over-end through a cotton field. When a trooper got to him, ol' baw was still buckled in and conscious. He kept telling the trooper he was okay. The trooper then hit the seat belt button and dropped him on his head. The drunk fricker crawled out, got up, and walked to the rear of the trooper's SUV. The report said he was traveling 90+ when the car appeared to lose control in a curve.
I had pics of the car for the longest. There was nothing recognizable other than the front cabin part. Crazy.
