I think we can no longer ignore the fact women in the 1940s were more feminine, elegant, and beautiful than women of today. Their styles, their demeanor, their personality, everything about them was simply better.

To be honest, the women of the paleolithic era were more feminine than many of the women of today!

Dorian Dennis (1923-1970), dancer with Minsky’s Burlesque who had a B.S. in chemistry from NYU and made $2000 a night at her peak in the 1950s. Created a move called the Dennis Twist in which she undressed while spinning on one foot. Bitter enemies with Lili St. Cyr. Had affairs/romances with mobsters Joe Adonis, Frank Costello, Mickey Cohen, and Johnny Stomponato (who stabbed her in 1957), celebrities Marlon Brando, Sammy Davis, Jr., Errol Flynn, Jerry Lewis, Dean Martin, and Frank Sinatra, and probably with John Kennedy.
