Thank goodness it didn't land on the Hard Rock Hotel!

Latoya has lost control of these B-52s.

It landed right behind a friend's secretary in Elmwood...

Appears to be a small hatch...

What a dumbass. If that landed on my property, that sumbitch would have been hanging in my house within the hour.

Were you injured by a falling aircraft part?

Ironic just the other day people here expressed concern about flying in 100 year old airframes

Maybe they thought they could bomb the corona, kinda like people think they can bomb hurricanes.

It was an oil filler door off of one of the engine cowlings. Dropped objects/parts happen all the time, even from new aircraft.

More like a servicing door, not much bigger than your hand, piano hinge half on one side, one fastener to keep it latched. from the photo I saw the hinge pin broke letting the access door come off...the latch was still latched and the piano hinge half is in one piece.

similar to this but much smaller. a piano hinge is the pivot point for this door to open.
