Considering that women are paid .75 on the dollar compared to men and maternity leave is a net negative for the employer, this is entirely unshocking.

What hilarious is that it’s being celebrated. People are literally celebrating the exploitation of women in the workforce.

HR departments have been scoping this out with their insurance providers since the draft of the opinion was leaked.

If you have employees in say Texas and California, and it's covered in one stated but not available in the other, then they will try to normalize the benefits -- and has others have pointed out, it's cheaper for both the insurer and company for the employee to have an abortion than a kid.

So, will ObamaCare cover travel costs?

Planned Parenthood needs to change their name to Planned Bus Rides.

You sure about that?

I figured we’d try to out red everybody. Make any sperm that missed the mark Jesus intended a crime punishable by prison.

Well since they can’t define what a woman is, then my fat arse identifies as a pregnant lady needing an all expenses paid trip to a nice Rocky Mountain abortion resort

Maybe some fat dudes could get qualified for lipo and abort their fatness...not a bad plan. Just make sure you get the lipo at the beginning of your vacation so you can spend the rest of it as a desirable male for the ladies.

No issue here. SCOTUS didn't outlaw abortions.

Will pay for employees out of state travel who want an abortion. How can this backfire?

IF they don't pay for travel to have children treated for cancer, etc. then they run the risk of an ERISA plan that is discriminatory.
