Texas drivers in Louisiana drive slow and confused.
Texas drivers in Texas drive like maniacs with no regard to anyone but themselves.

I've lived in a lot of places across the US. The only place I've seen it worse than TX plates in Louisiana was in Texas itself

It used to be the best state in America about not driving in the left lane. Relatively recent immigration issues have changed this issue.
I’ve driven in 49 states and Vermont has always been far and away the best at only using the passing lane for passing. Massachusetts is the worst.

What about people in beat cars, with the windows down not going at lights or turn arrows for a solid one thousand three or four count? This is worse? And they all look half asleep when they look over at you, angrily distracted from the crap they are watching on they phone

We have the same issue here in Atlanta. Stupid frickers doing 55/60 ride in the fast lane and bottle up traffic. They either need to get in the right lane or get the frick off the road if they can't drive prpp.

I have never seen a slow Texas driver. They are the ones coming up behind you going 100mph in the left or right lane.

frick you, you're breaking the law.

Driving on Right Side of Roadway
(a)An operator on a roadway of sufficient width shall drive on the right half of the roadway, unless:
(1)the operator is passing another vehicle;
(2)an obstruction necessitates moving the vehicle left of the center of the roadway and the operator yields the right-of-way to a vehicle that:
(A)is moving in the proper direction on the unobstructed portion of the roadway; and
(B)is an immediate hazard;

I lost a handle on Craigslist Rants & Raves giving Texas drivers crap over left lane camping.
Just 3 or 4 posts probably would have been alright but I was on a crusade. Oh well...

My sister's husband is a truck driver for 25 years. He said this when I asked him about typical drivers across the southern United States. "I've been all over Texas, Louisiana, Miss, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina and the strictest rules for driving are in Georgia. Georgia state police are very strict and will patrol 24/7 in bulk. They pull everyone over esp truckers if they even feel like he is illegal in any way. The worst drivers are in Louisiana bar none and its not even close. The self entitlement of the drivers in Louisiana is astonishing and cruise the left lane like its the right lane and will have 25 cars following each other doing 69mph in the left lane. The driver iq in Louisiana is the dumbest.Texas Drivers have a faster speed limit on their hwys and interstates and more lanes as a whole and dont frick around and drive 75/80 mph in the left lane. All States have that idiot driving 58 in a 70/75 zone. Best hwys and interstates and in Alabama and Georgia. Lousiana has the worst hwys in any state i have driven on. Texas is approaching Georgia and has good overall hwys/interstates."

Been this way since the early 1980s. If you are not in Texas and someone is in the left lane going 10 MPH slower than the flow of traffic the odds are almost 100% it is someone from Texas...
