Heroin would die out and be repalced by Fentanyl and Morphine anyway. Cleaner and more controlled.

I agree with you - but in a truly free country, you frick yourself (and your family) up so badly, that you can't work, can't feed yourself, cannot care for yourself, and your health collapses - you just die and your family starves.
(FTR - I'm for legalization, generally - still chafing at paying for it - but I already am, plus a huge corrections/law enforcement overhead on top of paying for the drugs and the consequences).

Won't ever happen since corporations now run prisons for profit. Now that these companies make profits from taking away people's liberty, it's going to get worse.

I'm shocked that this is even a thing. Some things the private sector can do better, some things they should not be involved in at all.
These companies bankroll politicians who pass laws that send more people to the prisons. They back judges who give stricter sentences to these prisons.
The whole thing is just immoral.

It's pretty fricked up. Corporate profits tied to taking away citizens' liberty just doesn't sound like a good thing at all. But the stockholders are happy and the politicians are greased so frick it.

i would be shocked if drugs are not 100% legal by the time im... 55, ,i'm 32. 3d printing is going turn the world upside down. When you can print your own fricking weed how can you make it illegal

For those against legalization, saying that we will be doomed as a society of heroin is legal, I only have one question for you. If its ever made legal will you try it? Because if not then you have nothing to fear.
A person that has never tried a drug isnt going to turn to drugs because they are legal. Crime will go down, not up. There wont be any drug deals gone bad. No filling prison beds to make a dollar or a million dollars etc. It would be a great thing but it wont happen due to the greasing of pockets.

The problem with that concept is that you can significantly increase the chance of harming others when using (certain) drugs.

I am for them being legal but we cannot pay for healthcare for these people. Similar to fat people and smokers. It should be legal for these people to do what they want but they should be prevented from Medicare Medicaid and Obamacare.
