Yea, I'm still a little confused. Did he intentionally leave his kid in the car? Or did he not find the kid until he got off work but decided to create the scene on the drive home to make it more believable?

The latter would be sketchy but still wouldn't explain the charges, IMO. Then again, the charges could be the result of dishonesty that police haven't gotten to the bottom of yet. It may be an accident and a coverup, which I guess is preferable to the concept that this was on purpose.

I can't help but think of the extreme pain these kids go through when left in a car all day. Tears come to my eyes just thinking about it. If you have kids it makes you just want to go hug yours and never let go.
No amount of jailtime will come close to the pain the father will feel the rest of his life. I would probably kill myself in this situation.

You gotta be one stupid mother fricker to do this.
Animals take better care of their young than some humans do.
Makes me sick.

I look for animals and kids left in cars when I'm in a parking lot walking back to my vehicle.
I swear id bust a windshield out without blinking.

Autopsy supposedly to be released today. Officials saying off the record that there are cameras in the Home Depot parking lot that have footage of Ross Harris going out to his car during the daytime.

I haven't kept up with this case but if that is true he should be charged

Just thinking out loud here but I guess those cameras show him looking or opening the back door?
Because if he just goes to the front door to get something from his center console, a reasonable argument could be made that he didn't even look back there. I'm assuming, though, that they have pretty damming evidence.

The case has resonated with thousands of supporters who have signed a petition urging District Attorney Vic Reynolds to drop charges against 33-year-old Ross Harris. Contributions have hit more than $20,000 in support of the Harris family.
How stupid are these people going to feel if this turns out to be foul play?

"He just screamed, ‘What have I done,’ loudly. Obviously it was a bit dramatic. He had his hand up in the air, up towards the sky. ‘What have I done,’ type of thing,” Eastland said. “That I won’t forget for a while.”

Eastland said everyone thought it was a terrible accident.
“He was, like I said, yelling ‘What have I done.’ Then he would calm down, be really relaxed and then he would do the whole ‘What have I done,’ thing again," Eastland said.
Eastland isn’t sure if Harris’ emotions were sincere or a cover.

Looks like Ross Harris stopped with his son at Chick-Fil-A and took him out of
the car and back in after breakfast before going to work. Then went out to the car at lunch also.
All according to arrest warrant
