As someone in graduate school, I can say that I made a lot of friends in college, but the ones whom I still hang out with constantly are all friends from high school.

I never had any friends later on like the ones I had when I was 12. Jesus, does anyone?

depends on the friends you make. Some life long, some not so much.

The ones that I liked the most are the ones I actually had foundation with. Most of them are dead now, had one for all my life till about 2 years ago when he tried to let money get in the way.

Grade school and after college for me.

But then, I no longer live where I went to HS. Still, I don't think I'd have kept up the way I do with the people I became friends with is grade school.

It depends, but it's college for me. Too many variables in high school or prior. Go to different colleges then move to different cities for work.

Age 6 to 26. Your coming of age years. It happens much more naturally. As you get older it seems more forced and uncomfortable. But that might just be me.
