At what point will we be able to start showing statistics of, "recovered," or "resolved"?

I'm not trying to be morbid, but the 46 deaths at this time are the only cases that we know of in Louisiana that have resolved that we can't contribute to just anecdotal evidence.
I'm certain there's a reasoning behind not showing this number, but at some point it will be useful and knowing that we are starting to administer the HCQ/Azithromyacin in one/other/both formats would also be interesting to see.
Can anyone explain that to me? Not taking shots at the Governor, LDH or anyone else. But how many of our negative cases are the two negative tests in 24 hours that help public health officials to consider someone, "cured," or "over," COVID-19?

Don’t think we will ever be able to. How do you count for the person who had the virus, didn’t get tested, and since recovered?

Any new stats you are seeing, confirmed or deaths, are from people who caught the virus two weeks ago. From the time they catch it, then 4 days until symptoms. Another 2-3 days or so until they get checked out. If they are able to get a test then it takes another 4 days or so to get results back. That's close to two weeks all in all.

When JBE has totally locked down the entire state of LA, enforced by armed national guard, and gotten the national media attention and recognition as the next Italy’. Until then, he’s not interested in sharing that kind of info.
