I stopped saying it in ‘87 and haven’t looked back since. Sneeze and go to hell for all I care...I’ve got my own problems.

Don't say it at all. It's a very stupid tradition to feel compelled to speak some words after a normal bodily function.

I do two. On the third sneeze, I begin to encourage the individual to "shake it off."

That's not anything I wouldn't say to my children or grandchildren.

Dang Bro.

You should be grateful that someone cares enough to do that.

What a terrible problem that we all deserve.

Carry on.

I'll throw out just one "Bless you" leaving God out of it since I'm not at all into any religious crap and can't fathom the mythical "Sky Pilot" who knows all, sees all.

It depends upon many factors: strength of sneeze, time interval between sneezing, status of sneezer (hot chicks every time, boss should be every time, arsehole who just sneezed in your face never), obvious sign of diseases, etc.

It’s more of an art than science.

I only use the whole God Bless You on loud forceful sneezes, and a simple Bless You on normal to small ones. And if I’m the third or later blesser I substitute a Gesundheit to be artistically different. For the arsehole that just sneezed in my face I aggressively say, “Hay Arsehole, don’t sneeze in my face!”

When I stop getting blessings from Jesus to hand out.

This is 'Merica. I'll stop saying “God Bless You" when you pry my hankie from my cold, dead hands.

I hate it when people say this. It's freaking obnoxious. It's probably because my weirdo annoying mother-in-law says it.
