Is it worse coming from other kids, though?

Never do Santa. Sad you people lie to your kids like that.

Do they go to public school? If so they will find out in 1st or 2nd grade.

But I would imagine around 8ish. You don't want your kid to be the oldest kid in school to still believe in santa.

Idk by if mine hasn’t figured it out by 12 he’s getting the letdown. My interest in aviation and physics made me realize by 11 that it was all bullshite. That “magic” excuse wasn’t gonna fly.

My sentiments exactly. The oldest is in second grade...I don’t want some a-hole kid to make her feel stupid. She is still in distance learning and I don’t want her to hear some little shite over zoom tell her Santa is fake. 2020 has sucked bad enough.

If your kids can't figure it out on their own, then there's a chance you missed some retardation tests.

But you should realize it becomes a “game” around 8 or 9 unless your kids are slow.
