lolwut? As in the flash drive fails?
Flash drive, external hard drive, etc. They break or get lost sometimes
But apparently there are posts addressing that in this thread

I googled bitcoin and tigerdroppings and this came up. Pretty funny read from 2014:

I was probably in a few of those hating on Bitcoin.
I educated myself a little and looked at the future picture. Still not a Bitcoin fanboy (much higher on Ethereum), but crypto is going to be a big part of the future

broke and Russian have been bashing it for years and when it hits another milestone, they move the goalposts.
Eventually it might crash. Could be 20 years or 2 weeks. But they'll be there saying they were right all along even though their prediction was waaaaaaaayyy late.

It's going mainstream in 2018. It'll be traded on more and more exchanges and on exchanges with a history of handling high volumes.
Those exchanges grew with cryptos. They are still in their infancy. Your argument is that it is destined to fail because demand is higher than the current youthful marketplace can sustain. The more mainstream and available it gets, the less and less likely that is to happen.

Demand so high that the market crashes is now considered a bad thing
Makes sense

Yeahhhhh, except the price was falling so if people wanted to get out they couldn’t

$700--->$10,000 in a year or 1400% earnings.
To see that again, BTC would have to hit 150,000. Surely everyone jumping in now is fighting for the scraps...?

You realize we could just as easily argue that people were logging into buy more since the price dropped?
Considering the price remains over$10k. I'm guessing that's the safer assumption

You mean as it fell from over 11k to 9500 at one point today? Sure thing

It fell to well below 9k on one exchange. Then they shut the exchange down due to a "service interruption
Oh yeah, all this seems legit.

Or you know, network traffic

A cryptocurrency moved 15% in one day?!
Get outta here

8700 on bittrex.
It never shutdown
I, along with all the others were there to buy in the drop, not to sell.
This was whales selling for profits and new people panic selling
Wait, you think an exchange shut it's service down on purpose? You know, the way they make money off people's trades. Lolz

It's a lost cause Jones, as you know. The envy is definitely beautiful though

How would it benefit an exchange to pull the plug whenever price is dropping?? You know they get paid per transaction, right? How would they benefit by not allowing people to log in and trade? Explain what you think their thought process is for pulling the plug on an exchange.
