That's New Castle St(Rt 68) coming from the west side of town. Makes me think that the rally was at the Farm Show grounds on Hwy.68 about 3 miles from there.
ETA:
Right past there off of the video is a big hill that goes into downtown Butler. You can see the entire town from where that was shot at. That detail was hauling some kind of arse going down the hill.

Was watching the quick and the dead earlier in TV and saw the part where Leo clips gene Hackman in the neck . Weird.
