The NFL is him employer. Employers have the right to punish employees for not following their guidelines. That is within their right as a private business. If the NFL does not wish to associate itself with individuals who refuse to stand for the National Anthem, that is their right. Thanks to the NFL CBA, the Commissioner of the NFL has a very wide range of discretion for matters such as this, and I often disagree with how they exercise that discretion with dog fighters, serial abusers, and rapists, but they are entitled to have that discretion as a private entity.

And if they do fine him, it will be because a bunch of people whined and complained like all the SJWs we hate, right?

Would those defending Kap still be defending him if he chose not to stand for the National Anthem because we have a black president?

I think we can agree that protesting a perceived injustice is a bit different than being an overt racist. Of course it would be his right to do so, but let's not pretend that's even in the same universe as the reason CK decided to sit.

Let's say Kap decided to sit until government entities and higher education stop using race and ethnicity as a basis on which they discriminate against applicants. Would you support his right then?

What if he chose to sit because of our insane hate crime laws?

What if he chose to sit because our government refuses to enforce its border?

What if he chose to sit because we bailed out the big banks and auto makers?

The cause should not change whether or not one supports his right to protest, only whether or not one agrees that said protest was a good or bad idea.

Yes.

All I was saying is that there are a lot of people out there and on this board that want Kap to be punished for his actions. They aren't wanting the government to do it because they know the government can't. They want the NFL to do it because they can. It's very sjw ish.

Fat Gary got himself so worked up over this last night I thought he was going to stroke out. He was huffing and puffing and running out of breath..it was hysterical.

According to fat Gary, if you didn't have an opinion or say anything about the CD (drug dealer) man getting killed while he resisted arrest, then you can't have an opinion about anything. The guy is such a retard it's just nonsensical.

Those are the best parts of Gary videos, when he really thinks he's making an intelligent point so he repeats it like 8 times even though it's utterly retarded. I miss them

He can be fined by the NFL. I would fire any of my employees if they represented my company this way.

He gone

He's practically the king of Ascension Parish and he will be gone when he says's he's gone.

He runs the best law enforcement agency in the state of Louisiana and AP voters aren't getting rid of that over a Facebook rant about flags.

Other AP residents will agree with this post.

No shite.

I'm just lolling at the people who piss their pants when some SJW blogs about how someone should be fired from their job for saying something that hurts their feelings. Those same people want CK to be fined/fired from his job for saying stuff that hurts their feelings.
