I see you have a problem with analogies so I'll state it plainly. You are not entitled to destroy someone's else's property simply because it happens to be on (or above) your property. The intentional destruction of someone else's property is a crime.

Just an idiot with bad reading comprehension I see. The shooter did that already. You sound like an idiot that still plays with toys and gets angry that anyone would possibly think its not OK to utilize their land for your enjoyment.
BTW if the shooter has a horse then they are probably outside of any city limits and firing a shotgun at an object that isn't game out if season on private property is not a crime.
