Yeah, no company worth a damn would enforce a policy like that. At least not in the last 20 years unless maybe a blue collar job out in BFE somewhere where space is limited.

When I was fresh out of college I went on a trip with a professional group that I was on the board of. They put me in a room with some old geezer who I didn't like. I got a glimps of his bare arse and he had no problem walking around in just his tighty whities.
