People have been extremely slow to talk about this issue but there has been an educational gap for decades and it continues to widen.

By a gap I mean a substantially higher percentage of girls than boys graduating from high school and a similar higher percentage of women than men going on to attend and graduate from college. The percentages were approximately equal back at the start of the 80s but are now about 58 to 59 percent girls in high school graduating classes to 41 or 42 percent boys.

These sex differences are seen most prominently in lower socioeconomic groups (poor whites and poor blacks) but are also seen in middle class families less commonly headed by single parents.

You are correct. My shorthand descriptor was intended to represent it as an area of concern that the majority of educators are not interested in prioritizing.

A big issue with the American Educational system is we try to push too many into college instead of trades. Too many young men drop out of the education system literally or figuratively because they should be doing some 'real work' with their hands early on instead of book work. The trades are shamed when instead we need to move toward 'starting an electricians business' instead of being an electrician.

2ndly, the main reason in my experience women suck at being upper management is they simply don't have the personalities. That goes a long way and people won't admit it. Too many women are either too nice to make tough decisions or too 'bitchy' to make them. Women just are not good at firing people, devoting people, or otherwise making negative decisions that affect lives so they therefore work around those decisions which end up being very bad business in the long run.

Not the case in my experience. Sure there is a small portion of female bartenders and waiters that do well, say 10%. But the majority are lazy and don'y hustle like the men do. Women are there for the eye candy behind the bar, the men serve the customers. There are some women that crush don't get me wrong, but I bet on average men serve 2 or 3 drinks to every 1 that a woman does.

Most men working prefer about a 2 men to 1 woman ratio, it sucks 1 to 1 most of the time because the women usually just don't crank the drinks out and help the customers enough.

Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of shite head men bartenders and waiters. I'm just saying that if a man wants to work hard and hustle at those jobs, they can do equally fine.
